Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Handle communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
Organize and prepare documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
Coordinate and arrange meetings, including booking venues, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
Conduct research and compile information for projects and reports.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and ordering office supplies.
Qualifications
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
