Key Responsibilities

• Website Development & Management
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in website development and content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, GoDaddy, or Wix.
• SEO Proficiency: Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking.
• User Experience (UX) Design: Ability to design or oversee the design of user-friendly, responsive websites that enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
• Analytics: Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and improve website performance.
  
  

2. Content Creation & Narrative Development

• Storytelling: Skill in crafting compelling narratives and marketing content highlighting multi-family properties' unique features and benefits.
• Copywriting: Strong copywriting skills for creating engaging and persuasive marketing content for various channels.
• Content Strategy: Ability to develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with marketing goals and audience needs.
• SEO Analytics & Strategies
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Experience in using SEO analytics to inform and adjust marketing strategies.
• Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with SEO tools for keyword tracking, backlink analysis, and competitive research.
• Content Optimization: Skills in optimizing web content, blogs, and landing pages for search engines to improve visibility and traffic.
  
  

Requirements

• Education: College degree or equivalent work experience; certifications in Affordable Housing Compliance and Property Management Designation preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years managing diverse property portfolios with a strong focus on financial viability, personnel management, and strategic development.
• Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi) and Microsoft Office Suite. Must be self-directed with excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage tasks, projects, and assignments concurrently
• Travel: Willingness to travel 40% of the time to manage property operations and vendor relationships.
