Duties And Responsibilities

• Lead the review and validation of issues and actions/regulatory validations across various subjects within large financial environments.
• Provide IT expertise and potentially serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and analyze necessary validation information.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Document and report validation findings and recommendations.
• Contribute to the development of risk management and compliance frameworks.
• Mentor and guide junior auditors and team members.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong background in internal auditing, issue management, regulatory validation, and IT within large financial institutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Ability to lead and manage projects effectively.
