WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Implementation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software integrations, customer success, and onboarding. This role is essential in ensuring our clients have a seamless and positive experience from the initial setup to ongoing success with our products and services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Workflow Building:
    • Design and implement efficient Thoughtly workflows to meet client-specific requirements.
    • Customize and configure Automation tools (Zapier/Make) to ensure Thoughtly agents align with client processes.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into actionable workflows.
  • Customer Success:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
    • Provide expert guidance and support to ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes.
    • Monitor client progress and proactively address any issues or concerns.
    • Foster long-term relationships with clients to drive retention and satisfaction.
  • Onboarding:
    • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and effective transition.
    • Conduct training sessions and provide resources to educate clients on best practices.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive onboarding materials and documentation.
    • Track onboarding progress and adjust strategies as needed to meet client goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in workflow building, customer success, and client onboarding.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and workflow automation tools. (Make, Zapier)
  • Experience in a B2B technology or SaaS environment is preferred.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM).
  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of customer success software (e.g., Gainsight, Totango).

The base salary range for this role is $75,000 to $110,000 bonus, equity, and US benefits. The actual pay may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and skills.
