Job Summary:

We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an entry-level healthcare sales representative to join our rapidly expanding company. As a member of our enthusiastic sales team, you will be an integral part of promoting and selling our products and services to doctors, hospitals, and healthcare clinics that directly benefit the well-being of the people that live in your community.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development/Relationship Building: You will be responsible for prospecting new clients and nurturing existing relationships with medical professionals and healthcare institutions. Your goal will be to increase sales and revenue while driving customer satisfaction. The number of visits/month varies by location but averages between 250-375 visits/month
  • Product Knowledge: Developing a deep understanding of our healthcare products and services will be crucial to effectively communicate their value and benefits to potential clients.
  • Customer Engagement: Engaging with doctors, hospital administrators, and healthcare clinics will be a key aspect of your role. Building strong rapport and trust with clients will be essential to secure successful sales outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Must have a Smart phone and willing to utilize to track visits via an app based reporting system
  • Education: Customer Service experience in a healthcare environment
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively presenting our products and building rapport with clients.
  • Sales Drive: A passion for sales, a positive attitude, and an enthusiastic approach to reaching sales targets are key attributes we seek in potential candidates.
  • Team Player: As part of a collaborative sales team, the ability to work well with colleagues and support each other's success is vital.
  • Flexibility: The position may require travel to meet clients, attend conferences, or participate in charity events.
