Job Purpose

Unily is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Global Sales Programs & Productivity to lead our sales initiatives, drive pipeline management and enhance demand generation. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience from leading tech companies, demonstrating a strong track record in sales strategy, operational excellence, and team leadership.

This is a hybrid role with a requirement to be in the office 2-3 days per week. The successful candidate can be based in the UK or US but must live within a commutable distance of the London or New York office.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement scalable sales programs to deliver high-quality pipeline and revenue.
  • Align and collaborate with all demand-generating roles to ensure cohesive delivery.
  • Oversee pipeline management and governance to maximize conversion rates.
  • Drive operational excellence in sales planning, execution, and tracking.
  • Enhance sales productivity through innovative strategies and action-oriented playbooks.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading sales programs, preferably in a global capacity.
  • Strong background in pipeline management, sales strategy and demand generation.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales productivity and operational excellence.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team building and development.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage functional alignments effectively.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to derive insights and drive impactful programs.
  • Experience managing sales programs and demand generation at a senior level.
  • Expertise in driving sales initiatives, territory planning, incentives, and promotions.
  • Background in managing sales resources, assets, and success programs.
