Role Description
Food Forward Consulting is looking for a Food Technologist to join our team. The Food Technologist role will be responsible for developing and implementing new food concepts by reviewing food safety and quality standards, creating product formulations that align with business objectives, and performing laboratory analysis. The role is full-time, on-site, and located in Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. Local candidates only.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Food Engineering, or a related field
0-3 years of experience in product development or food processing
Knowledge of food safety regulations, quality control, and analytical methods
Experience with sensory evaluation and flavor profiling
Proficient in Microsoft Office and statistical software
Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and external clients
