The Fleet Administrator supports the Fleet team in day to day running of the fleet and assets, undertaking various administrative tasks led by management instruction and ensuring work is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Essential Functions
Support the fleet manager with administrative tasks.
Ensure all records are maintained and accurate.
Provide support to the Fleet Manager where required.
Provide additional administrative support as and when needed to the wider team.
Understands OSHA, DOT, fleet specific regulations, licensing, registration, and reporting requirements.
Responsible for completing regulatory fleet requirements.

IRP
Data base accuracy
Oversight of data entry for fleet DOT maintenance history
Approval of maintenance and repair costs
Efficient administrative service including collating, inputting, and maintaining data accurately.
Administer GPS service. Liaison with GPS vendor, coordinate unit installations and removals.
Administer and control GPS inventory, keeping track of all GPS units accurately.
Administer the process of removing cars, trucks, and lifts from service.
Administer the process of placing new cars, trucks, and lifts into service.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Strong relationship building and customer-driven focus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to work with strong attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Education/Experience
College degree preferred, but not required.
Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, Word, Outlook
Previous successful business experience desired
Work Environment: This position operates in a professional office environment.
Physical Demands: This is largely a sedentary role, requiring use of typical office equipment such as a computer, phone, copier, check scanner, etc.
Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., though reasonable overtime is needed at times.
Travel: Not required, but possible if future opportunities arise.
