A Behavioral Health Therapist - Team Lead is needed to help us in our endeavor to build the healthiest community in the nation … one person at a time

This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the collaborative leadership team for the AIIM and Wellness Court Programs in Fort Collins. You will provide individual and group treatment for clients of the programs. You will provide clinical supervision for the SummitStone staff who work on an interdisciplinary team with our community partners. You will work alongside leaders from other agencies to provide interdisciplinary treatment to clients on probation. This position offers a consistent schedule in a variety of settings. The program is open Mon-Fri 8:30-5:30. During the week you will be in a dynamic office, the Larimer Courthouse, and in the community meeting clients as needed.

What You’ll Do

As a Behavior Health Therapist, you will provide on-going assessments, crisis intervention techniques, individual therapy, group therapy, develop and monitor service plans, monitor treatment progress, document interactions, and maintain clinical records and other reporting data for clients with mild to severe mental health and/or substance use disorders . Duties include coordinating with internal as well as external supportive services to deliver needed services to our clients and collaborate with peers and psychiatrists regarding treatment. This position is based at Fort Collins AIIM Office, a collaborative office with SummitStone, Larimer County Community Corrections, Probation, and Problem Solving Courts. This position will be cross trained to cover Behavioral Health Diversion, Forensic Transition, and AIIM Loveland. Additionally, this position will work with various sites as needed, providing a wider-array of experiences and opportunities for connections with our teams.

The Behavioral Health Counselor, Team Lead, will provide clinical crisis intervention services to monitor clients, carry a caseload, facilitate groups, and provide supervision. The position, in compliance with rules, guidelines, and directives, will manage relationships with clients and possess experience with clients in crisis. The applicant must be comfortable in coordinating Behavioral health intervention plans and services with other agencies as well. The applicant will collaborate with other staff in planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical services, including ongoing collaboration with Program Supervisors and/or Clinical Managers. The person in this role must be able to identify ethical conflicts and assist to provide guidance to resolve them for the team.

Required

  • Master's Degree or license in Human Services field from accredited College or University or equivalent experience. 1-2 years professional experience as a behavioral health clinician in the human services industry. LCSW is required.

Preferred

  • Bilingual/Bi-cultural.

Total Rewards

Based on a 40-hr. work week. This role will include 10 or 12 shifts.

Wage: $33.34 - $40.01/hour or $69,347 -$83,221 annual salary.

Employees working at locations operating 24/7 earn a differential. Shift differentials are also available for evenings, nights, weekend and holidays.
