JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Associate Sales Planning Manager to join our team and support our Interparfums Luxury Brands division. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the successful execution of sales plans for our luxury fragrance brands.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:


  1. Collaborate with the Sales Planning Manager and cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and manage sales strategies. This includes setting sales targets, forecasting, and budgeting.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes. Utilize these insights to refine sales strategies and maximize brand performance.
  3. Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports. Monitor performance against forecasts and make necessary adjustments to meet or exceed sales targets.
  4. Foster strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors. Act as a point of contact for inquiries, feedback, and support related to Interparfums Luxury Brands.
  5. Collaborate with marketing and promotions teams to plan and execute sales promotions, product launches, and other initiatives to drive brand awareness and sales.
  6. Work closely with inventory management teams to ensure adequate stock levels, minimize excess inventory, and reduce stockouts.
  7. Generate regular sales reports and provide insights into sales performance, trends, and opportunities. Present findings to senior management and provide recommendations for improvement.
  8. Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and supply chain, to align sales strategies with overall business goals.


QUALIFICATIONS:


  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in sales planning, preferably in the luxury goods or fragrance industry.
  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  4. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales forecasting software.
  6. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  7. Team player with a collaborative mindset.
  8. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  9. Passion for luxury brands and beauty industry.
