Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons.
Develop and implement individualized learning plans.
Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues and support staff.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is preferred.
Experience with SEMH or special educational needs.
Experience as a Teacher.
Strong communication, empathy, and classroom management skills.
