Lead, develop and supervise a team of store managers and staff across various locations
Develop and implement strategies to optimize store performance and profitability
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards at all locations
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed
Conduct regular store visits to provide guidance, support, and feedback to store teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and projects
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance for the district
Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, marketing, and customer service initiatives
The Successful Applicant
Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing multiple retail locations
Strong supervisory skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
