Your Profile

👉🏻 You are a Young Professional with a Bachelor’s or Master's Degree.

👉🏻 You are a commission-driven and ambitious with a desire to progress quickly in your career

👉🏻 You have a competitive edge that is driven by the sheer need to win

👉🏻 You carry a social personality and possess exceptional communication & people skills

👉🏻 You are a self-motivated individual that works towards targets and demonstrates resilience

Your Tasks

👉🏻The role mainly involves building your own client portfolio with Tech companies looking to hire Executive Talent. You will evolve as an expert in your field.

👉🏻 Emailing, cold calling, LinkedIn networking, an participating in Tech conferences will be your core stack of tasks.

👉🏻 You will learn how to maintain and nurture the relations with current clients, with the aim of continuously doing business with them.

👉🏻 You will be reaching out to the best candidates in the market for the vacancies on your portfolio through different channels: LinkedIn, Phone, Email, Referrals.

👉🏻 You will be the point of contact between companies and candidates during the entire interview process and negotiations phase. This includes tasks such as interview arrangement, interview feedback calls, and negotiation of job offers.

🤑 Uncapped Earning Potential – Base salary €30,000 uncapped commission (€45k-50k OTE in your first year, this is average) Top performers will earn €80k or more in their first year.
