Responsibilities / Accountabilities

Responsible for day-to-day implementation of functional technical work associated with specified project.

Responsible for conducting Lab trials for new innovative ideas/project with relevant technical input.

Responsible for working closely with line manager to ensure timely completion of set project/activities.

Responsible for assistance in bringing innovation to strengthen Pest Pipeline also bring innovation on ways of working.

Responsible for managing lab supplies as per requirement by co-ordinating with different vendors/suppliers.

Responsible to manage laboratory safety with proper safety procedures as per RB policy.

Responsible for activities related to Good Documentation Practices and RD quality standards as per RB policy.

Responsible for working in cross-functional cross-cultural environment. Liaison with appropriate cross-functional team members to ensure appropriate planning completion of all activities for the assigned projects.

Professional Qualifications And Skills

Minimum Masters degree in a relevant scientific discipline e.g. Chemistry, Entomology, Agricultural Science, Biotechnology etc.

The ability to overcome obstacles by getting support from others and strong problem-solving skills.

An excellent communicator coupled with proven analytical and interpersonal skills.

A desire to better understand the consumer to deliver new benefits through technologies.

Ability to rapidly understand requirements during practical implementation of innovation.

Ability to work successfully with outside suppliers/collaborators.

Excellent Planning And Organizational Skills Essential.

Result oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated with proper planning.

Strong communication skill (Oral and Written English skill is mandatory).

Ability to display a degree of flexibility and adapt effectively to change.

Excellent academic background and degree from a reputed institute preferred.
