Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in non-IT roles.
Familiarity with various recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing techniques.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and attract potential candidates. Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified individuals.
Candidate Engagement: Engage with candidates, respond to inquiries, and provide information about the organization, job opportunities, and the hiring process. Maintain regular communication to build relationships with potential candidates.
