Min 10-15 years banking experience, Young and Dynamic, who understands the working of Pvt Sector Banks
The candidate should have been a Branch Manager, Regional Head and managed a team of Relationship Manager, and done Induction programs for banks .
Exposure to Third Party Products Like MF, LI, PMS
A good knowledge on banking products like Forex, assets, credit cards
Able to articulate well
Know banking regulations and processes
Age – Up to 50 Years
Must have handled a team
Training experience of 5-7 years
Ability to conduct one-to-one review/ coaching, and assessments
Ability to deliver program to experienced bankers
Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools including the virtual training methods.
