Job Overview

Senior Event Manager with 7 to 10 years of experience in planning and executing successful events. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India. Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience as an event manager,
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Proficient in event management software and MS Office
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events for client sites - Residential/Commercial
• Develop event concepts and themes in line with the objectives of the clients
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of events
• Manage event budgets, including procurement and negotiation with suppliers
• Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, contract management, and travel arrangements
• Coordinate event marketing and promotion activities to attract target audience
• Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations during events
• Measure event success and provide post-event analysis and reports
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in event management
