Roles

As In-Charge- DGM Technical, ensures smooth & trouble-free operation & Maintenance of Mall Engineering services/ utilities & Sewage Treatment Plant, planning and execution of renovation work, Overseeing the daily operation of Electrical, HVAC, Fire, Plumbing, IT & civil maintenance within the Mall

Responsibilities

• Responsible for monitoring all Engineering departments for day to day operation of the Mall.
• Responsible for planned & timely progress and completion of shop bare-shell work / any renovation activities in the Mall.
• Responsible for smooth coordination with Tenants and HO leasing team for new shop Fit out work from handover shop to drawings approval to day-to-day project work till opening of shop
• Responsible for Planning & scheduling of Preventive Maintenance of Equipment & System, Planning & scheduling of Preventive Maintenance of Building.
• Responsible for Planning & outsourcing of manpower for operation & maintenance of utilities & sewage treatment plant
• Responsible for liaison and ensure the statutory compliance (Fire NOC, Lift License etc).
• Responsible for Preparation & Monitoring of budget for the year and Electricity CAM monthly.
• Responsible for ensuring the release of AMC for the critical equipment to vender in coordination with Head Office Purchase department team.
• Responsible for Planning & Implementation of CAPEX jobs.
• Responsible for maintaining excellent team leadership.
• Responsible for plan & execute the Energy Conservation measures.
• Responsible for ensure optimum utilization of resources thereby to control wasteful expenditure on manpower, material and energies.
• Take the meeting of Mangers regarding technical aspects & generate the MOM and reports to GM Sir, for the routine matters & critical requirement of materials, / vendors requirement and other departmental issues to be resolved
• Take the round of Mall premises & Machineries spaces and Generate Daily information sheet and report to GM Sir for any abnormality in routine work. / Ongoing projects
• To assist GM & VP for any other job Assigned by them.

• Authorized for handling all technical issue & Engineering team
• Authorized for Training and managing Engineering team
• Authorized for reviewing the Annual Maintenance contact
• Authorized for implementing the Preventive Maintenance plan
• Authorized for implementing the Preventive Maintenance plan
• Authorized for Day-to-Day engineering operational in the mall.
  
  

Accountabilities

• Accountable for measurements & bill certification related.
• Accountable for setting strategic long & short term departmental goal
• Accountable for recruiting, interviewing and orienting new staff members.
• Accountable for managing engineering aspects with in Mall
• Accountable for managing engineering aspects with in Mall
• Accountable of work instruction to all Departmental Managers
• Accountable for measurements & bill certification related.
