Role & Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans that prioritize India as a key market, leveraging Oil & Gas business as a crucial asset, and enhancing market presence through strategic partnerships.
Market Insights And Innovation
Drive initiatives to gather profound market insights in India, ensuring consumer needs remain central to the company's business ethos. Foster a culture of innovation that positions Our Client as a leader in delivering unique and culturally rich agribusiness products.
Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic distributors, partners, and other key stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with global growth strategies and market-focused innovations.
Financial Management
Oversee financial performance, ensuring the company's resources are optimally utilized to support growth initiatives. Work closely with the finance team to develop and manage budgets aligned with strategic objectives.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior leadership role within a global consumer goods or related industry. Demonstrated success in expanding market influence and driving international growth. Strong understanding of Indian markets and a track record of establishing strategic distributor partnerships.
