Senior Communications Specialist – Internal & Leadership Communications (m/f/d)

Responsibilities & Qualifications

What awaits you:

• You will develop and execute internal communications strategy through all internal channels.
• You own regional editorial planning and alignment processes and host regular exchange meetings with local Site Comms Coordinators to increase transparency and synergies for local communication.
• You maintain and develop regional communication channels and tools, such as the intranet, specific community pages, content management system, newsletter, and reporting tool.
• You develop ideas and story lines, research, write for different channels and in various formats, edit and proof-read articles.
• You publish stories and announcements in internal media (intranet, TV screens, events) and you send regional-wide mailings.
• You own quarterly employee townhalls, including coordination, agenda setting, content creation and moderation.
• You manage regional newsletter, including design agency management, translations and send-out.
• You provide expertise and knowledge for internal customers to create impactful intranet pages, community pages and communications formats.
• You support top-management presentations for internal events and communication activities.
• You coordinate agenda setting and content creation for annual leadership summit and other executive events.
• You Co-organize and moderate monthly leadership business calls.
• You structure complex analysis and data into comprehensive storylines and design audience-tailored communication formats.
• You manage translations for local communications, media lists, tools, and vendors. Track budget of your projects.
  
  

How You Convince Us

• You bring several years of experience in internal and leadership communications; ideally in a manufacturing environment
• You have excellent communication (oral and written) skills in German and English.
• You have the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization and strong presentations skills.
• You have the creativity and ability to work with digital tools and content management systems. Knowledge of digital analytics and KPIs for editorial work.
• You bring good project management and organizational skills.
• You are flexible and able to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
• You are a team player who can work independently and has the ability to lead project teams.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills, including collaborative relationship building with key internal stakeholders.
• You have the ability to inspire and influence and you bring entrepreneurial spirit and passion for creative storytelling and new ideas.
• You bring willingness for occasional travelling, mainly within Europe.
