Job Duties for Youth/Adult Therapist (social worker and/or counselor) include:
Providing Counseling and Diagnostic Assessment services to youth, families, and adults
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
Maintaining appropriate documentation for services
Qualifications For Youth/Adult Therapist (social Worker And/or Counselor) Include
Master's degree and either LPC/LPCC, LSW/LISW (or higher) licensure
Experience or a desire to learn therapeutic interventions for serving children 5 years of age and up
Experience working with SPMI, SMD and AOD populations
Experience with diagnostic assessments
Training in counseling-scope work with youth, families, and adults (3yrs experience preferred)
Have or willing to obtain NPI and Ohio Medicaid numbers (we'll help!)
