Test Manager

Position Summary

Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Test Manager providing support to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center C3I and Infrastructure Division (AFLCMC/HNI). The C3I and Infrastructure Division (AFLCMC/HNI) focuses on providing enterprise support to over 110 active Air Force, Air National Guard (ANG), and Air Force Reserve installations and bases. The office also provides technical and policy support and provides C3I infrastructure for the USAF enterprise applications. AFLCMC/HNI is organized into 7 branches.

This position will support the Base Information Transport Infrastructure (BITI) Wired & Wireless.

Responsibilities

In this position you will provide Validation and Verification (V&V) support services in accordance with the program’s Integrated Test Plan, program development/sustainment contracts, and PMO practices. Activities will vary depending upon the current activities of the program/system, scope of the current development/sustainment cycle, and other corporate and program initiatives.

Duties

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Provide V&V support services for effective management, in compliance with Air Force SEAM processes including AFI 99-103, Capabilities Based Test and Evaluation; and Major Command (MAJCOM), Center, and Directorate guidance. V&V includes all manner of testing including test and evaluation, demonstration, and certification activities.
• Provide test planning support services for C3I&N Directorate activities in compliance with DoD, Air Force, C3I&N and AFLCMC test instructions, policies, and procedures
• Support requirements include, but are not limited to:
• Prepare test plans and procedures.
• Prepare TEMPs.
• Prepare and review test analyses.
• Prepare T&E segments of acquisition documentation.
• Monitor test
• Support certification test activities (e.g., Joint Interoperability Test Center [JITC]).
• Support training required to execute test activities
• Support the execution of test cases, evaluations, and demonstrations
• Review and analyze engineering performance analysis reports
• Review and analyze measures of effectiveness and measures of suitability
• Review and analyze engineering performance predictions
• Review and analyze trade-off studies
• Support FCAs/PCAs
• Support the collection of test data during developmental and operational test events

Qualifications

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen

Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain an active Secret clearance

Minimum Required Qualifications

Education: BA/BS degree and 10 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, of which 5 years must be in the DoD OR

• 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in Job Descriptions, of which 8 years must be in the DoD.
• Experience on DoD or Air Force acquisition programs desired.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a dynamic team environment meeting end users’ requirement
