The Job

As a Senior Service Network Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Omnidian's service network. You will be responsible for qualifying and contracting Field Service Partners (FSP) to join our national network, ensuring an excellent client experience. This position is key to expanding our reach and enhancing the performance of our services.


You will work closely with our Business Development and Sales teams to identify strategic opportunities and bring on board the best partners to support our mission. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our innovative solutions, driving sustainability and excellence in the renewable energy sector.


What You'll Do

  • At Omnidian we believe in trust and autonomy. How you create an impact is ultimately up to you. Here is an outline of some of the things you’ll be doing:

Service Network Development (70%)

  • Identify geographies that require additional service network support for both residential and commercial portfolios.
  • Source, vet, qualify, and sign (contracting) new Field Service Partners (FSPs) and Channel Partners.
  • Prioritize FSP leads, support Business Development and Sales initiatives, and assist with FSP and Channel Partner onboarding and training.
  • Provide data to validate FSP bandwidth, technical, safety, and training capacity
  • Assist with Channel Client relationship management.

Service Network Performance (30%)

  • Assist as a conduit between Operations and Field Service Partners to ensure
  • alignment and efficiency for high priority and batch project planning
  • Manage relationships and relay feedback to ensure operational efficiency between Omnidian and our FSPs and Channel Partners.


Who You Are

  • You are an analytical problem solver who is comfortable working in a growth stage company that is fast paced and learning to scale.
  • You are self-motivated and are not afraid to act independently and make quick decisions to deliver an outstanding client and homeowner experience.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills to effectively convey information to team members and business leaders to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • You have strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • You are highly responsive and organized, committed to no significant email backlogs and a 1 Business Day response time
  • You are proactive, results driven, and have exceptional attention to detail


Experience You’ll Need

  • 4 years of professional experience in the solar energy industry, showcasing a history of leadership in account management, asset management, operations and maintenance, or field service coordination.
  • 2 years of that experience must be vendor/subcontractor management, including service contracting and onboarding
  • Familiarity with solar industry standards


Experience That's a Plus

  • Ability to negotiate renewal contracts ad enforce them
  • Experience with data analytics
  • Experience working with Salesforce
  • Experience in both residential and commercial solar

Midpoint: $86,000
