We are thrilled to be partnering with an innovative D2C scale-up in the wellness space to hire their first Creative Director.
This is a remote role in the USA.
Working with a global team, this key hire will work closely with the CMO, VP of Marketing, Heads of Brand and Design, Head of Growth, and the C-Suite to deliver strategic creative objectives.
This senior position will sit across all aspects of creative - design, art direction, copy, brand visuals, and more - and requires both creativity and commercial awareness to be successful. This is a new role that will manage teams across the product portfolio, and be responsible for the overall creative strategy for the business as well as building an internal Creative Studio function.

About you:
Minimum 10 years' experience in a Creative Director role including 5 years in team leadership
MUST HAVE: in-house experience in wellness, skincare, supplements, personal care etc
Demonstrable expertise in digital, social and offline media channels, and integrated marketing
Experience resourcing projects with a well-developed network you can bring in
Team and function-build experience
Start-up experience strongly preferred
Can-do attitude - you are just happy looking at the big picture as you are getting stuck in
The salary range for this role is $200k - 250k plus equity and bonus - final salary depending on experience.
