Sales Manager
Headquartered in Fort Mitchell, Kentucky, Drees has operations in ten metropolitan areas: Greater Cincinnati and Cleveland, Ohio; Austin, Dallas and Houston, Texas; Indianapolis, Indiana; Jacksonville, Florida; Nashville, Tennessee; Raleigh, North Carolina; and Washington, DC.
Responsibilities/Qualifications
Drees Homes is currently seeking a Sales Manager in our Cleveland, OH Division. As the Sales Manager, this person is responsible for the efficient, orderly, and profitable sale and closing of homes in the Division and implement action plans for the attainment of Division sales goals related to volume, price, and profit margin.
Responsibilities Include
- Directly supervise sales team through guidance on presentation and maximizing self-generated traffic
- Responsible for recruiting, training and motivating sales team
- Act as a liaison between sales force, field staff, homeowners, and operational staff to resolve issues and questions within the company guidelines, while focusing on customer satisfaction internally and externally
- Continuously research competition and conduct market analysis to ensure the company is maximizing market share
- Develop and implement Division Sales training plans
- Assure compliance to all Company and Division policies and procedures
- Responsible for the overall condition and presentation of all model homes, market homes, community entrances, etc. within Division
- Work with upper management as it relates to marketing collateral and promotional programs for the region
- College degree required; related field, preferred
- Proven personal sales track record required
- 3 years of Sales Management experience preferred
- Minimum 3 years Residential Sales experience
- Proven ability to lead a Sales team
- Customer focused and driven to succeed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude, energetic and outgoing
- Organized and decisive
