The Prospect Research Analyst - OU Health has the primary responsibility for meeting the prospect identification, qualification, research needs and moves management processes, for the OU Health Advancement team, enabling them to meet system fundraising goals. This professional has primary responsibility for administering a daily grateful patient identification process which includes managing the automated upload of daily reports and segmenting of data. The analyst will contribute to planning and implementation activities to maximize support and work collaboratively with the Assistant Vice President of Advancement and other members of the team to identify and evaluate specific prospective donors for cultivation and gift solicitation. Bachelor's degree and two or more years of experience in development operations, prospect research and/or data analysis required. Experience with Blackbaud, Raiser's Edge NXT and/or Agilon, and in management, supervisory, lead or project management roles preferred. Two or more years of experience in development and prospect research in a hospital setting, Association of Prospect Research for Advancement (APRA) and Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP) membership, and a comprehensive understanding of philanthropy also preferred. Strong preference for 3-5 years of experience in development operations, prospect research and/or data analysis.
