What You'll Be Doing:
Lead and mentor a team of backend developers and testers, driving the development of scalable and secure API infrastructure
Oversee the entire service lifecycle—from design to deployment—focusing on performance, reliability, and continuous improvement
Enhance our CI/CD processes, maintain high software quality through automated testing, and ensure proactive system monitoring
Promote and implement DevOps best practices, enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency through collaboration across teams
The Skills You Bring:
Expertise in one or more programming languages such as Golang, Rust, Python, C#, or Java, and experience in developing resilient web services (gRPC, GraphQL, REST, WebSocket)
Comprehensive understanding of software engineering principles, agile project management, and continuous delivery environments
Experience with Kubernetes, Linux container management, and cloud-native architectures on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience, including leadership roles and proficiency in agile methodologies
Desired Qualifications:
Advanced skills in Golang, Rust, GraphQL, or gRPC
Familiarity with cloud-native technologies across major cloud platforms

Pay Range (US) $170-190K (Countries outside of the US have differing ranges in accordance with local labor markets)
