100% FTE, 40 hours per week. Shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the needs of the clinic.

We Are Seeking Patient Scheduling Leads To
Act as a liaison with leadership in patient scheduling issues, training, education communication and problem solving.
Coordinate, assign and guide the work activities of other patient scheduling staff.
Monitor work schedules, maintain department scheduling guidelines and templates and train and mentor new staff.
Perform patient scheduling duties including working with patients in person and over the phone.
Education
Minimum - High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred - Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or other related field.
Work Experience
Minimum - Twelve months of experience in patient scheduling or equivalent experience working in a medical office environment
