A flock of influential DJs and producers from across the globe comprise the iconic label’s alumni, with releases from VNSSA, Justin Martin, Get Real, FISHER, Catz ‘n Dogz, Eats Everything, Shiba San, Walker & Royce & many more. Dirtybird is known for its iconic merchandise capsule collections, from Western to Athletic Wear, and its energetic, unique live events; having hosted stages and pop-ups at Chicago’s ARC, Detroit’s Movement, and Miami’s legendary Ultra, the label plans for more Merch pop-ups and free parties in 2024.

The Role Remix: Dirtybird is looking for a Merchandise Account Manager to join our downtown San Francisco office. This role will report into the General Manager and will design and roll out new collections. Responsibilities include:

  • Merchandise Planning & Inventory Management
  • Planning and forecasting inventory at multiple levels
  • Managing complex businesses and making tough trade-offs and prioritization decisions
  • Coming up with mock ups and designs for upcoming drops
  • Instilling financial responsibility in teams while also understanding how to take calculated risks
  • Evaluating inventory, upcoming occasions and special events to help find optimal initiatives to conduct the role
  • Getting the best quotes and turn around time from vendors
  • Working with or personally mocking up collections or clothing with exceptional designs
  • Providing P&L and other sales reports

Key Notes For Success

  • At least five (5) or more years of experience in Merchandise & Inventory Management
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience, preferred in business/design
  • Must be based in San Francisco Bay Area or willing to relocate

Pay Range: $70,000 - $90,000/annual salary benefits discretionary bonus profit sharing program

The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
