As a part of the project member for Loan IQ implementation, the Junior Business PMO/SME (Project Management Office/Subject Matter Expert) / IT PMO/SME will be responsible for coordinating the determination and validation of the functionalities that meet user requirements.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing detailed admin agent's business requirements concerning Syndicated Loans as Agent / Bilateral Loans for Solution Workshop
  • Coordinating the suitable solution with vendors and users through Solution Workshop
  • Validate qualified functionalities against user requirements
  • Plan, deploy, and manage the testing effort for all deliverables
  • Define and manage test scenarios and cases for UAT
  • Document test results

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience working on Transaction Banking for wholesale Servicing Software (Cash Management System, Host to Host, Pooling etc.) Implementation Project as a Business Consultant
  • Experience working for a financial institution, consulting firm, or system integration company
  • Knowledge of loan agent bank's business processes/workflows
  • Bank industry expertise
  • Required upstream/downstream integration points and skills to produce/consume the related data to be transferred
  • Knowledge of Transaction Banking Servicing's data model
  • Skills to extract/transform existing data so that it can be inserted into the new system
  • Project/program management
  • Coordination skill to obtain a consensus among various stakeholders, including user side as well as system side
  • Basic understanding of system integration and documentation of business requirements desired
  • Experience working in the Loan IQ Implementation Project as Business PMO/SME or IT PMO/SME
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional partners and senior leaders
  • Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset for issue solving
  • Must hold U.S. Work Permission
  • Must live in NYC and be willing to commute to the client’s office in NYC
  • Preferred Japanese Language Skills
