Deployed Resources, LLC

Get Stuff Done Coordinator

Expected Pay Range: $58,850 - $68,000/year.

Summary And Scope

Deployed Resources is looking for a lifelong learner who finds fulfillment in connecting and leading different groups with competing priorities to achieve common goals. This role can be summed up as a “Jack of all trades, Master of none.” The team member in this role should love learning about different functions and complex data from departments, but also know when they should rely on subject matter experts. The ideal candidate is not intimidated to jump into conversations on subjects they have little knowledge on but rather excited for the opportunity to learn and ask SMEs questions to find the right solution to company challenges. This teammate will often need to balance seeing and knowing the bigger picture with team and department specific concerns and impacts. The key to getting stuff done at Deployed Resources is understanding, accounting for, and working with multiple competing viewpoints to find a feasible, simple, solution to challenges and then implementing solutions in a way that over communicates expectations to those involved. Our change management hinges on transparency.
