GenAI PMO

This role is remote for now but may move to hybrid in either Mountain View or San Diego. Please only apply if you can commute to one of those two cities.

We are looking for a Project Manager who can partner with the product team within the workplace technology team. Responsibilities will include but not limited to the below.

• Will help manage the overall program for GenAI for the workplace Tecnology team.
• Will partner with the Sr. Product Manger to track the various AI pilots that are running. Will track down status, detailed reports working to organize the deliverables and milestones
• Will provide weekly status to client leadership and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research as client explores the GenAI marketplace.
• Will run the pilots, provide testing if available and will either help scrap or continue the pilot
• Create detailed test case as things are built then conduct testing alongside the engineering team.
• Will be the partner and key stakeholder to the Product Manager on AI tech

• Strong Project Management background that can drive initiatives
• Good background in testing of tools
• Passion or knowledge for AI tech is strongly preferred.
