The Finance Hybrid Manager, is a key team member and profit center within the team. Is a detail-oriented individual comfortable with numbers and explaining what they mean. Must be genuinely customer focused and must have strong interpersonal skills, easily establishing rapport with internal and external customers. Must be capable of working under the finance and sales umbrella, effectively managing his or her time and workflow. Must be accessible to the rest of the team (sales and service).
Requirements
Knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal regulations and laws pertaining to the automotive industry
Ability to quickly but closely review contracts for accuracy
Ability to work with lenders and financial institutions to arrange for customer financing/leasing,
Ability to establish rapport, to collect information on customer needs, and to ensure customers enthusiasm
Assists the Centre Manager in creating and maintaining the image of the retail facility through advertising and is a prominent presence within the retail facility, interacting continually with sales team and customers
Knowledge of computer systems, including Reynolds & Reynolds, DocuPad, and Reynolds CM
Must be able to hand calculate and explain leasing to customers and team members
Follow up is a must on settling funding of contracts and canceled policies
Management skills of organizing, planning, and analysis
Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with customers (including internal customers) and to exceed their expectations
Thorough knowledge of Bank terminology and processes
Ability to train and motivate sales team
Ability to assist sales guides in processing or completing sales
Knowledge of product and promotional information
Ability to communicate knowledge of product and promotional information to sales team
Leadership skills of delegation, empowerment, coaching, organizing and planning, and interpersonal sensitivity
Ability to take an interest in team members, including proactively promoting the appropriate development of team members
