We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive online engagement and growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategies, data analysis, and campaign optimization.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, paid social media, and display advertising.

Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling content, optimize user experience, and drive conversions.

Analyze campaign performance metrics, track KPIs, and use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.

Manage digital marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and report on campaign performance to stakeholders.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies.

Manage digital content, including websites, landing pages, paid media and more. Ensure website is relevant, up-to-date, and provides an excellent customer experience. Develop strategies to enhance website traffic. Ensure website complies with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field or equivalent experience.

Proven history of success in digital marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Expertise in SEO/SEM, email marketing, paid social media management tools and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google

Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence).

Strong Analytical Skills And Data-driven Decision-making Abilities.

Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and marketing automation.

Proficiency in content management systems and ad serving platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).

Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
