As CRM Marketing Manager, NA Customer Strategy, you will play a critical and strategic role in evaluating, launching, and iterating upon personalized customer strategies. You will work closely with channels, analytics, creative teams, and other cross-functional partners to onboard, engage, and retain Vistaprint customers by creating the most unforgettable customer experience at every interaction. The ideal candidate has expertise in developing and optimizing marketing programs across a variety of channel platforms and has a consistent track record of using marketing results, insights, and data to inform and scale successful marketing programs.

What You Will Do

  • Formulate CRM and customer strategies in close partnership with cross-functional team members and relying on solid customer insights and analytics. Quantify the impact to rationalize the investment and help prioritize use case backlog.
  • Lead the integration of campaigns and customer centric use cases in various end-consumer touch points across site, email, call center, SMS and more.
  • Design experimentations to improve learning and evaluate value creation. Partner with analytics, Go To Market and other teams to insure successful execution.
  • Report on customer base dynamics and key CRM metrics to monitor our transformation agenda and help prioritize our CRM efforts towards maximum business impact.
  • Develop CRM methodologies and frameworks to professionalize the CRM function and continuously improve processes. Conduct knowledge transfer with internal partners.

Your Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience working in digital strategy, with direct experience leading and/or developing Customer Lifecycle, CRM, or Personalization programs.
  • University degree in marketing or other relevant area.
  • Proficiency in using data to identify trends, establish strategies and define clear program KPIs. Comfortable with financial metrics and experimentation practices.
  • Demonstrated experience planning and implementing cross-functional programs, with strong understanding of industry and marketing channels like email, site, and SMS.
  • Experience in loyalty program design and/or performance management is a plus.
  • Highly collaborative, with excellent communication, relationship building, time management and prioritization skills. Comfortable in global organizations.
