Civil Department Manager (Relocation Available)

Salary Range 120K -150K 10% Bonus – Depending on experien

Responsibilities include: overseeing and managing projects from beginning to end, ensuring project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints, while also driving business development initiatives and managing the Profit & Loss for assigned projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• State of Arizona Professional Engineering License or (Ability to obtain immediately upon hire)
• 10 years of Civil Engineering Project Management experience – Required
• 10 years of Leadership experience leading a team of 20 direct reports - Required
• Strong knowledge of Civil Engineering principles, techniques, standards, and methodologies
• Experience with Profit and Loss, Budgeting, Business Development, and strong business acumen
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage resources effectively
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as basic algebra and geometry to perform calculations
• Must be a US citizen or Green Card Holder to be considered
