What You’ll Do

Are you interested in working for a not-for-profit Behavioral Health agency that cares equally about their employees and their clients? Do you have a passion for assisting people who are experiencing homelessness or have transitioned from homelessness to housing as they work on their recovery from mental health, substance use disorders, and physical health concerns? SummitStone Health Partners is looking for an individual like yourself to join our skilled team. We provide community based services to people facing housing insecurities. The Homeless and Housing Services Team members are an integral part of SummitStone and our Northern Colorado community, working closely with a myriad of partner organizations to provide essential supportive services. Our team-based model of care provides a safe, inclusive, and healing environment that builds on the capacity for resiliency and recovery in the adults we serve. This multi-disciplinary team is comprised of individuals passionate about ensuring homelessness is rare, short-lived, and non-reoccurring. As a Team Lead, the person in this role will provide in-person direct client services as well as provide clinical supervision to ensure that that our services are meeting client needs.

This position requires knowledge of diversity and inclusion with the relevant ability to engage, communicate, interact, and work effectively and cooperatively with people of different backgrounds, identities, and culturally diverse communities.

Required

  • Master's Degree from accredited College or University in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field; Colorado Clinical Mental Health License (LCSW or LPC or LMFT);
  • 1-3 years of directly relevant experience in the Mental Health Field, Substance Use Disorder Field, or program of application in a leadership role; experience with mild to severe mental illness and substance use disorders;
  • Knowledge of diversity and inclusion with the relevant ability to engage, communicate, interact, and work effectively and cooperatively with people of different backgrounds, identities, and culturally diverse communities.

Preferred

  • Bilingual/Bi-cultural; CAS or LAC; Previous team lead/supervisory experience.
  • Some positions include driving a company vehicle and require a valid Colorado driver’s license.

SummitStone provides clinical supervision toward licensure at no cost to the employee, and reimburses any fees required for licensure. Our Behavioral Health Therapists Have Access To Exceptional Training Opportunities In Evidence-based Practices And Support In Gaining And Keeping Licensure And Addictions Certification

  • Receive supervision toward clinical licensure (i.e. LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC) and/or certification (i.e. CAS) at no cost to the employee.
  • Receive reimbursement for obtaining clinical licensure (i.e. LCSW, LPC, LMFT) and/or certification (i.e. CAS) in addition to base pay increase
  • Have the opportunity to participate in specialized clinical certifications (i.e. EMDR, etc.)

Total Rewards

The Hiring Range

  • Masters Level Unlicensed: $27.89 - $33.47.
  • Masters Level Licensed: $31.75 - $$38.09.

Employees working at locations operating 24/7 earn a differential. Shift differentials are also available for evenings, nights, weekend and holidays.
