Responsibilities
Perform repairs specified on repair orders efficiently and in accordance with dealership standards
Utilize diagnostic tools and special service equipment to test components and systems
Diagnose, maintain, and repair various automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
Communicate effectively with Service Advisors to keep customers informed of any additional service requirements and provide estimates for additional repairs
Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of Service Technician experience
ASE Certification
Strong customer service skills
Basic computer skills
Positive attitude and customer service mentality
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license
Proficiency in math, reading, and computer skills
Willingness to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures
Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment

Salary: From $15.00 per hour
