Role Description


This is a full-time Operations Assistant role at ITTS, located in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom. The role primarily involves supporting day-to-day operations, utilising analytical skills to gather and analyse data, handling operations management tasks, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining effective communication within the team.


Role Responsibilities:


  • Source new test centres and complete their onboarding
  • Ensure all necessary legal documentation and regulatory compliance forms are completed by the test centres
  • Finalise the agreements for the new Centres
  • Coordinate with the Support Team to address any technical issues and ensure a smooth operational setup
  • Engage in negotiations with the Test Centres and Clients to address any concerns or adjustments requested by either party.
  • Maintain consistent communication with the Clients through meetings, phone calls, and emails to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
  • Conduct detailed analyses of client needs and pain points to offer tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements.
  • Monitor weekly activities, data, and creating status reports to track processes
  • Identify opportunities to introduce new products or services to existing clients, aiming to increase revenue and deepen the business relationship.
  • Manage exam operations onsite in the Manchester Test Centre


Qualifications


  • Based in Manchester (The office is located at M12 6JH)
  • Fluent in English, additional languages welcome
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Work independently and ability to organise your own tasks
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Detail oriented
  • Team player
  • Prior experience in the testing and assessment industry is a plus

**This is not a remote position and you will be required to work from the office to perform exam delivery tasks. Office days will be communicated based on the schedule.
