Denholm’s client is an instantly recognisible Scottish household food brand that holds a cherished place in Scotland’s culinary heritage. Due to recent investment and exciting growth plans, they require a Commercial Manager to drive business development within Scottish & UK Grocery national accounts.
Based in Scotland with flexible working and reporting to the Sales Director, the Commercial Manager will be responsible for growing strong existing customer relationships with major grocery multiples and overseeing turnover and profitability, with a specific focus on expanding footprint in key growth categories in chilled and frozen products.
To be considered, you will be a highly customer-focused FMCG national account specialist, at ease maintaining and building strong and effective partnerships with buyers across the major multiples. You’ll confidently lead on all negotiations from listings, pricing and distribution through to shelf displays and promotions.
