We are inviting candidates for the position of:

Finance Assistant

This position reports to the Regional Finance Manager.

We are looking for a meticulous and enthusiastic Finance Assistant with a genuine interest in business and accounting to join our Finance team and be involved in our daily finance and accounting operation duties.

Responsibilities:

• Partial set of accounts, AP entries, bank reconciliation
• Processing of employees’ monthly expense claims
• To ensure absolute accuracy and timely record of accounting transactions and management reporting and schedules
• Prepare outgoing payables and providing payment advice
• Manage vendor balance reconciliation and follow-up with internal stakeholders and external vendors

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management etc.
• A team player, portraying a friendly disposition with demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication skills in English
• Knowledge on Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint will be an added advantage
• Ability to maintain clear and accurate financial records
• Meticulous with strong attention to detail
• Knowledge in SAP system will be advantageous
