About The Job

Reebelo is on a mission to change the way the world views and consumes refurbished technology. We're driven by the belief that refurbished tech deserves a place alongside brand new products, not as a secondary option but as a celebrated choice. Our aim is to mainstream refurbished technology while contributing to a more sustainable future.

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with our NZ vendors. Your goal will be to ensure vendors grow their sales on our marketplace and enjoy an exceptional selling experience. You will serve as their strongest allies within Reebelo, putting out fires when they arise and guiding them through data-driven insights and recommendations.

Your typical day may include:

Communicating on the phone and over email with vendors.

Optimising vendors' inventory and pricing.

Leveraging data to provide vendors with performance insights and recommendations.

Troubleshooting and solving vendor pain points, especially regarding integrations.

Collecting vendor feedback and working with our tech team to improve the vendor experience through product features.

Moving vendors through the onboarding process and activating their sales.

We’d love to have a chat with you if you have:

You have 3-5 years of experience in the recommerce/refurbished industry or within an ecommerce marketplace business. Startup experience is a plus.

A proven track record growing a book of business.

An entrepreneurial spirit with a "can-do" attitude and a knack for problem-solving.

Excellent communication skills and attention-to-detail.

Comfortable leveraging data.

A team player through-and-through.
