Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of high-quality slot games from concept to launch
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including artists, developers, and producers to deliver exceptional gaming experiences
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of player preferences and market trends
- Mentor and coach junior team members to foster their professional growth and development
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure on-time delivery of projects
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in slot game development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of delivering successful slot games that have met or exceeded revenue targets
- Strong understanding of game design principles and mechanics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C , Java, or Unity.
- Familiarity with game development frameworks, engines, and tools.
- Strong understanding of mathematics and probability as applied to game development.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
