HR Data Analyst - Worli Mumbai

Global HR Team of Aditya Birla Group manages Talent across the group companies and business units. VH Consulting has been mandated to hire an Data Analyst.

The position is on contract and may be renewed at the year end based on the performance of the candidate. The scale of operations and an opportunity to work with the business leaders across the group are key highlights of this job.

JD

• Preparation of different weekly, monthly, quarterly MIS reports & dashboards
• Monitoring, consolidating & managing various types of data
• Collecting, organizing, analyzing, interpreting the data & presenting data in comprehensive manner for different talent management initiatives. Coordinating with business SPOCs and other teams as necessary for this.
• Co-ordinating with vendors and finance team for invoice processing
• Co-ordinating with HR tech & ops team to implement HR technology related requirements
• Co-ordinating with admin team to support execution of events
• Supporting talent related projects in ideation & execution
• Supporting secondary research as needed & preparing presentations for the same

Key capabilities required:

• Expertise in Advanced Excel – vlookup, Xlookup, Index Match, nested Ifs, Pivot, Macros, graphs, conditional formatting, mail merge
• Working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau
• Comfort with technology, MS Teams, One drive & HR systems
• Multi-tasking, Speed & quality of execution, attention to detail
• Comfort in working with large amount of data
• Comfort in email & verbal communication with different stakeholders
• Basic HR functional knowledge

Qualification and Experience

• Graduation in HR/Statistics or analytical related fields
• At least 3-4 years of work experience
• Prior experience in HR analytics will be helpful
