Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Headmistress at Shemrock Group Of Schools located in Gurugram. As the Headmistress, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the school, including curriculum development, educational leadership, communication, and pedagogy. This is an on-site role.
Qualifications
Experience in curriculum development and educational leadership
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of pedagogy and child-centered learning
Previous experience in a leadership role in the education sector
Excellent organizational and management skills
Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and the community
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Master's degree in Education or a related field
Experience working with preschool-aged children is a plus
