Supervising the functions and working of the warehouse workers. This is a floor position and will involve physical movement of product along with supervisory duties.
Ensuring warehouse associates are meeting daily and weekly production targets
Ensure all product is correctly labeled/mapped in Lynx system
Ensure all outbound shipments are correctly scanned in Lynx system
Managing all incoming/outgoing inventory with correct stock allocation
Complete management of all inbound/outbound shipments
Store, count, weigh and open all materials received
Scheduling all carrier pick ups
Returns/RMA management and confirmations
Complete open box/service parts management
Work areas include: receipt, pick, pack, ship and return of product.
Ensuring correct orders are staged and ready for delivery (all departments)
Ensuring correct shipping labels and BOLs
Complete order/shipping confirmations on both internal and customer website portals
Executing production plans and targets
Assessing productivity and job performance
Providing appropriate training, coaching and development opportunities through hands-on involvement
Organize, plan and ensure work assignments are allocated and assigned appropriately
Delegating and assigning tasks and targets and evaluating the working of the staff
Adhering to the compliance of all legal and safety procedures.
Organizing and conducting necessary training activities for the staff and workers
Adherence to established work methods, and operations health and safety standards
Supervising proper shift allocations and ensuring efficiency of all warehouse staff.
Ensuring the proper functioning of all warehouse tools and equipment.
Operate equipment as necessary
Ensuring overall warehouse cleanliness
