We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the Main Event Talent Team. This position will provide support to Main Event Field Operations positions by developing and implementing effective strategies to attract, hire, and retain employees at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Operations and Store Support Center leaders to ensure appropriate staffing levels are achieved throughout the year
Manage the full cycle recruitment process for field management openings from sourcing to onboarding
Manage the full cycle recruitment process for field management and hourly openings for New Center Openings
In partnership with the HRBP and hiring Managers, use a variety of strategic sourcing strategies for hourly openings, including job fairs, job boards, etc.
Manage communication with the hiring managers on the status of open positions
Maintain the internal job posting process
Report out weekly on key staffing scorecard
In partnership with the HRBP, ensure Centers have a “ready now” bench for key identified positions by leading the district-level succession planning process
Participate in the Talent Planning process for field teams
Owner and key contributor to programs, projects, and initiatives within the People Department
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
A minimum of 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience within a multi-unit restaurant, hospitality, or large retail environment
Demonstrated ability to meet recruitment goals and build talent pipelines in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
Experience using contemporary recruiting and sourcing tools such as job boards, social media, resume databases, and search engines to identify active and passive candidates
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interact with Executive Leadership and Senior Level Management
Experience using behavioral-based selection tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook
Proficient in Workday or comparable ATS
Excellent organization and time-management skills with strong adherence to deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
