As the Systems and Application Member, you will oversee the management, configuration, and maintenance of all our internal systems and applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a strategic mindset, to effectively lead and manage our system and application infrastructure and personnel.

Core Responsibilities:
Develop and implement systems and application strategies to ensure the efficient operation of our agency systems and application infrastructure
Lead, mentor and inspire team members with varying levels of skills and experiences as they define software solutions that meet the needs of our agency
Supervises the analysis and programming function while establishing priorities and assigning projects
Plans and monitors status of project tasks and communicates to stakeholders frequently
Defines and enacts software development and implementation standards, controls and establishing QA and testing plans
Provides testing and recommendations of enhancement of system changes in various change scenarios: application software, system software, operating environment
Maintains level of expertise of processing functions, regulatory requirements and industry business demands that processing must satisfy
Eagerly collaborates with all other Software Development leaders and keeps stakeholders informed of projects and priorities
Provides planning, oversight, management and guidance of significant production events
Provide technical and functional leadership for the exploration, evaluation, recommendation, design, and configuration of new features and functionalities within supported system applications
Collaborate with leaders from Services, Support Services; HR, Finance, IT, and other stakeholder groups to gather system requirements and translate them into effective solutions
Configure, test, validate, and implement changes in supported system applications, ensuring the overall integrity of the supported system applications and platforms, and that all components of the technical architecture are properly integrated and maintained
Create and maintain the documentation of procedures and processes; develop user guides as needed
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement
Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on systems and applications performance, projects, and initiatives
Develop software implementation and training strategy to support the effective adoption and user understanding of new software
Skills/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Agile Methodology
Experience in developing and implementing training plans, best practices, standard operating procedures (SOP), application technical reqs. and specs.
Project Management and Business Development / Business Analysis
Technical writing skills
Proven experience (5 years) in a managerial level role in IT systems and applications infrastructure.
In-depth knowledge of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary: $66,180-$97,795.00/ year (Based on experience)
Schedule: Hybrid in office and remote work
