Prioritized Must Have Skills For The Senior Tax Associate
#1. Must have public accounting experience.
#2. Must have generalist experience - 1060, 1120s, 1040.
#3. If not local, must be in EST/CST time zone.
Responsibilities Of The Senior Tax Associate
Prepare and/or review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts, and corporations, with an emphasis on complex high net worth families and middle market operating businesses and real estate
Identify and research tax and compliance issues as needed using various tax research platforms
Work closely with clients, senior staff and partners within our client-based approach to provide outstanding client service and to build client confidence in and trust for firm
Requirements Of The Senior Tax Associate
3 to 6 years of public accounting experience
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
CPA preferred; Masters in Taxation a plus
ProSystems fx Tax, fixed asset software, and Advance Flow
Problem solving and analytical skills
Self-motivated with excellent follow-through on assigned duties.
