Position Summary

The Research Assistant role relates to customer journey mapping, click data, and attribution analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing complex datasets to uncover insights about customer behavior and engagement. Responsibilities include collecting and processing clickstream data, conducting attribution analysis to determine the effectiveness of marketing channels, and supporting research projects aimed at improving customer experience and CRM strategies. Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques, combined with a keen interest in understanding customer interactions, is essential for this role.

Minimum Education And Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
